Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices to customers (internet, media, telephone) by the end of the 1st of each month and forward to FM for review.
Email the invoices to customers by the end of the 3rd of each month.
Maintain the forms for up/down gradation of customers, and forward the monthly report of up/down gradation to the FM for review
Email customers (internet, media, telephone) their receivable balances by the 5th of the month.
Contact customers by phone to follow up on outstanding balances.
Inform the sales representatives about their receivables and dormant customers
Prepare the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) monthly return working by the 9th of each month and forward to Finance Manager for review
Visit customer premises if management feel necessary
