- Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, site surveys and status reports.
- Interface with all areas affected by wireless projects, including customers and other department employees.
- Offer tech support to wireless team in installing, maintaining and dismantling of Wireless links and equipments.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommend mitigations.
- Ensure satisfactory transfer of services, then close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
- Design and validate RF link performance, quality and reliability.
- Regular monitoring and analysis of WL Network.
- Create backups for clients’ bridges and AC2 servers (along with their maintenance and upgrading).
- Manage and lead wireless team during office hours (and if necessary, after office hours too).
