Under the supervision of the surveillance investigators, the surveillance investigator utilizes provided equipment to identify, record, document and report illegal, unusual or suspicious activities and policy or procedure violations occurring in all office, warehouse, parking, visiting area, back-of-the-office areas, and all the other areas where CCTV cameras or GPS Devices are installed. Maintains knowledge of and understands the current office operations, surveillance standard operating procedures and company policies and procedures.

Must be fluent in English
IT Savy.
Must be Keen to learn new technologies
Must be Good with timely Reporting
Office Products
Monitors the activities of guests and employees using a CCTV surveillance system
Makes tape changes
Conducts audits and close watches of specific employees, guests and departments
Tests for Investigator Level 1 within six months of the date of hire or as required by surveillance management
Maintains a continuous self-education program to constantly expand job knowledge and takes job-related quizzes at management’s discretion to demonstrate that knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of experience working in law enforcement, security or surveillance systems operations is preferred
