Your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize client retention. Key Responsibilities:

  •   Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better assist clients.
  •   Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support.
  •   Conduct training sessions to educate clients on product features and best practices.
  •   Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings.
  •   Provide insights and feedback from clients to contribute to product/service improvements.
  •   Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
  •   Generate reports on client engagement metrics and contribute to strategic planning.
