Position Summary

Webryze is setting up a Lahore office and we are searching for an HR & Admin associate to help us build a winning team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a career opportunity in HR or management and gain experience in online marketing and media then this is the right opportunity for you.

You will be assisting the hiring manager to bring the best creative & digital marketing professionals on board such as editors, writers, social media experts and graphic designers.

This will include:

Working with the hiring manager to understand job requirements for various roles and coming up with job descriptions
Sourcing the best candidates using job portals, classifieds and direct outreach
Short Listing candidates through phone interviews and one on one meetings
Making job offers and negotiating salaries for full time and part-time employees as well as freelancers
Managing employee orientation & onboarding
Working with management to develop the HR policy in line with company culture and local regulations
Monitoring performance, productivity and motivation levels of team members
Organizing regular company events and meetups
Managing payroll, office expenses and handling miscellaneous admin tasks

Desired Experience & Education:

Realistically, you need to have some comparable & meaningful experience in hiring top people. A degree in commerce or english is a plus.

You have to be confident, well spoken, highly organized with a basic understanding of digital media and online marketing. Working with a Canadian company means that you will need excellent english language skills.

Benefits & Compensation:

We are offering a competitive starting salary package in the PKR 50k-70k range based on experience and job fit. Our office is centrally located in Model Town so hopefully you won’t have to commute too much.

Vacation pay is included not to mention the really cool people you will be working with.
