Customer Service Representative:

  • We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Inbound Customer Service & Sales Specialist.
  • The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively getting sales.
  • The Customer Service Agent is responsible for dealing with and properly responding to  Flight Tickets, Cargo, Money Transfer and NICOP inquiries by handling inbound calls from our UK customers.
  • The Customer Service department operates in our Islamabad Office with rotating shifts, 24/7/365.

Responsibilities:

  •  Ensures that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by Emaan Travel.
  •  Communicate with customers via phone calls, email and chat
  •  Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  •  Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Requirements

  •  Passionate with Customer Service
  •  Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal English skills
  •  Must have professional English competence and previous experience of customer services with the UK, USA or any other foreign company will be a Plus.
  •  Bachelor’s degree any discipline will be an asset.
  •  Experience in any customer care related position will be considered as an asset
  •  Advanced computer literacy is required
