Team Leader Software Development

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will always be in direct contact with our team and office in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor team performance
Discover training needs and motivate the developers for internal training
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Suggest and organize team building activities
Daily work with source control

Requirements

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
You are fit in multiple programming languages and can code alongside your team leadership on projects
You have a strong hands-on mentality and you want to develop yourself continuously
Excellent communication skills and good English language skills
Organizational and time-management skills.
Must be familiar with devOps methodology

Qualifications

At Least 3 years experience of Javascript and knowledge of typescript
Proven work experience of C++ , Node.js and vue.js/React.js
Excellent knowledge of Python and Django
