Responsibilities:

Assign employees and supervise staff to operate dining facilities and plan menus
Prepare food supply orders
Maintain camp checkout total strength
Record attendance
Monitor outgoings
Train staff on-site
Liaison with client (time to time)
Ensure highest standard of Health and Safety practices on the site

Education and Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional hospitality industry.
Diploma or Certificates & training is an asset.
Degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
