  • Respond to various types of client’s queries and provide a suitable solution after consultation with Client and QC Manager
  • Assist QC department for incorporation of new companies with Company house and HMRC.
  • Assist Self-assessment registration for the new clients in case of individual taxation.
  • Registration of new clients in accountancy manager and fulfilling other relevant protocols.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by QC Manager.
  • Uploading documents in Accountancy Manager and its follow up with clients
  • Maintaining documents for clients related to AML checks.
  • Ability to handle data of multiple clients at a time.
  • Liaise with clients to request information and records and its follow up for missing information.
  • Maintain and update practice client data using practice management software (Accountancy Manager).
  • Ensure Engagement Letters are signed and compliance with AML regulations.
  • Updating list of clients to ensure that all information is up to date and request the clients for missing information.
  • Any other task assigns by senior management.
