• Review financial statements and taxation working to ensure that accounts are prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards in UK
  • Respond to various types of client’s queries and provide a suitable solution
  • Incorporation of new companies with Company house and HMRC
  • Self-assessment registration for the new clients in case of individual taxation
  • Monitor strictly client’s deadlines to ensure that all clients are receiving the accounting, taxation and secretarial services as per the agreed letter of engagement.
  • Registration of new clients in accountancy manager and fulfilling other relevant protocols
  • Developing standard operating procedures for all the departments including quality control procedures for QC department
  • Timely coordination with the team and allocation of daily tasking to the team
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to provide efficient services to the clients
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Managing partner
  • Supervision of bookkeeping staffs to ensure that all the invoices are correctly posted in VT transactions.
  • Review statutory account, for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Submitting accounts to company’s house.       
  •  Review and submitting Corporation tax to HMRC.
  • Review and submitting self-assessment tax returns to HMRC.
  • Reviewing accounting, book-keeping and VAT jobs carried out by other employees
  • Supervising and training junior staff.
  • Monitor, review and approve the work of other members of the team
  • Ability to handle multiple clients at a time
  • Communicate assigned tasks to the team in a manner that is clear and concise ensuring high quality, accurate and efficient results
  • Ensure all filing deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with clients to request books and records and handle client queries.
  • Review Annual Accounts, Corporation Tax, Personal Tax, VAT Returns, Payroll, Pensions and Company Secretarial in accordance with UK reporting/taxation requirements.
  • Maintain and update practice client data using practice management software.
  • Issue Engagement Letters and ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Review Management Accounts for clients requiring regular Management Accounts.
  • Updating list of clients to ensure that all information is up to date and request the clients for missing information
  • Supervise all financial matters of Liaison office on a regular basis.
  • Communicate status of work and issues with Partners on a timely basis.
  • Any other task assign by senior management.
