A renowned cosmetics company needs the services of a Regional Sales Manager for Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Region to manage the Sales Team deployed in the province and its peripheries.

Core Responsibilities :

Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of the assigned region.
Setting or helping to set reasonable monthly/ annual sales targets at individual sales person and over-all team level to be achieved by the team.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. Develop efficient and creative sales and Field marketing strategies & maintaining accurate records.
leading sales team in establishing new business and organizing daily sales visits, client handling, demonstrating and presenting products and lead generation.
Sales Planning and implementing Sales Plans and coordinating with Operations Team in this regards

Attributes of Ideal Candidate:

Must be atleast a Graduate from a reputed educational institution.
Must have a sales experience of 6 years or above
Must be well equipped with all required sales skills and trainings.
Must be a team player and must have adequate leadership skills
