We are seeking the services of a dynamic and career-oriented individual for the listed position to maintain and further augment our brand presence on social media.

Key features

Effective communication strategies for the company to further build on the existing business model.
Implement plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the organization’s brand equity.
Responsible for promoting a positive public image of the company in various social platforms.
Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
Work with the marketing team to identify and pursue opportunities for increased brand awareness.
Monitor effectiveness of brand campaigns.
Handle and respond to customer inquiries and arrange meetings with existing and potential customers etc.
Anticipate market trends through competition analysis.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

Min. 3 years of working experience in a similar position. Working in a material handling equipment organization would be an added advantage.
MBA or BBA in Marketing / Advertising.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Age: Not more than 30 years.
