Sales Executive Import / Export

Get queries of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials from existing/new customers, float them to existing/new vendors; take prices, negotiate and make quotations, whirls utilizing excellent communication skills.

Be very attentive & responsive on Emails and Telephone toward customers and suppliers to provide excellent services for sustainable business relationships.
The job will require an excessive use of Emails, Messengers, Online search Engines such as Google and some specific to Chemical Search Engines to find New Vendors of Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Also the organization have its own Database of Chemical Imports and Suppliers in different formats which will be required to explored several times during your day to day working.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to assess their future needs, delivery/dispatches, under process shipments and any after-sales queries.
Follow organizations' set patterns, defined guidelines and given targets.
Possess skills of drafting, decision making, self driven, pressure handling, documentation, punctuality and consistency.
