Job Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from UK Customers who are looking to book and amend private hire cab journeys.

This role requires excellent English listening and speaking skills, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who has passion to progress in his/her career.  

What You’ll Do

  • Answering customer enquiries over the phone and email handling.
  • Cab/Taxi bookings – taking customers’ booking requirement e.g. accurately capturing pick up and drop off points/locations and any specific vehicle requirements and recording on the dispatching system.
  • Offering timely quotations to customers over the phone or via email.
  • Amending and cancelling active bookings and timely coordinating with cab drivers.
  • UK Airport Bookings; recording the correct Terminals information and keeping a track of customers’ flights and communicating with cab drivers in timely manner.
  • Liaising with Supervisor and Shift In charge based in the UK.
  • Producing booking reports and presenting to the management on daily/weekly basis.
  • Meeting High Level of Customer Service at all times and maintaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Complaint handling, feedback and resolution over the phone or via email.
  • Payments over the Phone.

Required Experience

  • Inbound/outbound Call center Experience; 0 - 3 Years
  • Minimum Education; Bachelor Degree
  • Candidates with the working knowledge of Ghost and Icabbi dispatching software are preferred.
  • Speaking and understanding of British English accent preferred
