Woweez is seeking a Media Sales Manager to work on one of there new product AdQore.
The candidate will drive strategic partner acquisition strategies by identifying and cultivating relationships with C-level executives in the marketing, advertising, media and vertical services space.
The candidate will work in partnership with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, training, product, & service organizations to propose appropriate offerings that parallel the needs and changes within the partner's company.
The candidate will be responsible for contract negotiations, partnership and leveraging resources to enable revenue growth from strategic partnerships.
Close deals and sell to brands and agencies and drive revenues and gross profit
Continually prospect for new high-potential ad agencies and introduce them to the benefits of
partnering with Woweez’s new product
Position Woweez’s new product to the agency and brand communities as a leader in digital;
programmatic and performance marketing
Continually research brand marketing, digital products & services, ad networks, and
Programmatic trends in the industry
Report on research results and activities in a manner that helps the company understand the
effectiveness of its’ strategy and helps in devising methods on improving results
Participate in business planning, create explicit goals and execute thoughtfully, using best
efforts at all times
Represent Woweez’s new product in the field, while building and maintain an intimate
knowledge of industry developments, revealing new trends, challenges and opportunities
Promote and market Woweez’s new product in a manner consistent with the company’s
Brand and Strategic Values at conferences and business meetings
Constructively negotiate advertising campaign terms and rates with agencies
Build and maintain solid business relationships with advertisers and viewers
Report on activities and related results in a manner that helps the team understand the
effectiveness of new programs, and grow the business in an optimized fashion
A minimum of two years’ experience of business development in a professional
environment, preferably in an ad agency or an ad network organization.
Demonstrable knowledge of marketing techniques including audience development and
commitment to implementing best practice.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills including outstanding copywriting
skills and the ability to tailor written communications for different audiences and media.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and to share this knowledge to inform planning and
evaluation of work.
Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities and varying pressures to meet
measurable targets and deadlines.
Proven track record establishing client relationships in multiple verticals
Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Understanding of the role of data in consumer marketing
Deep understanding of online media promotion types (including affiliate marketing, email
marketing, CPI and CPM)
Experience working in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong team player with high integrity and an ethical approach & Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion.
Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritize and manage own workload.
Track record of building and establishing a successful brand.
