The primary responsibilities include:
The main functions are all related to the call center department of the organization.
1- Job posting on various platforms to attract the best talent to our organization.
2- Designing job descriptions and specification for hiring purposes.
3- Selection and talent acquisition of suitable staff for the organization.
4- Training of employees to ensure they are working efficiently and productively on tasks assigned.
5- Managing the entire operation of the call centre staff i.e. assigning tasks along with performance evaluation.
6- Laying out the guidelines and policies to be followed by the employees.
7- Payroll management.
8- Dismissal of employees when required.
We are looking for:
1- An experienced professional who has previously worked as the HR manager for a call centre.
2- Someone with an education background related to Human resource management will be preferred.
3- An individual who can handle pressure and make key decisions regarding the employees of the organization.
4- A person who understands the importance of performance evaluation and is good designating work to individuals working within an organization.
5- A leader who can train other individuals in an effective and efficient manner.
6- A candidate who has a good command over English.
