Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Handover /Acceptance sheets

• Maintaining Dairy Sheets for daily activity

• Maintaining Survey Report and BOQ's

• Coordination with team to completed the missing data

• Making sure data is secure

• Keeping records

• On-Field Team Support

• Closely monitor the progress of team as well as individuals

• Arrange huddle meeting with field staff

• Update daily staff whereabouts/Location with coordinates

• All reports should be well prepared and prepared in advance

• Daily Team scheduling as per Company's requirements

• Live tracking and monitoring of daily progress and processes respectively and keeping records.

• Share daily activity details with the Project Coordinator

• Following with Etisalat area supervisors for materials and Activity Acceptance.

• Arranging CR's

• Preparation & Submission of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) with checklist & CPD.

• Daily Inventory sheet keeping.

• Arranging SIV upon supervisor request

• Preparing survey data summary

• Perform duties as assigned by the management
