Job Description:

  • Assist or Conducting Talent (i. e. , Artists and Directors) On-boarding/hiring.
  • Resolve IT issues faced by the Talent (Artists and Directors) by providing them IT Support.
  • Mode of communication can be through phone-call, email or chat.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of basic MS Windows Mac Operating systems.
  • Experience on MS Office (Word, Excel etc. ) is required.
  • Excellent Speaking and Written Communication skills in English language is a must.
  • Exposure to world class support processess.
