GOOD ENGLISH SPEAKING & WRITING IS BASIC REQUIREMENT.

This requirement is for our US Based client.
They are associated with media and entertainment industry.
We provide support to our client, who have offices in USA, UK and other international locations. We support them from Karachi, Pakistan.
Sometimes Staff may need to travel to Dubai for training.
Exposure to world class support processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience. Experience from IT industry is preferred.
Good understanding of basic MS Windows & Mac Operating systems and WAN/LAN.
Experience on MS Office (Word, Excel etc.) is required.
Excellent Speaking and Written Communication in English language is a must. Please do not apply if you think you can not talk in English Language for basic and general office communication.

Compensation Includes :
