XCELL COM (PVT) LTD requires energetic and self motivated Male/Female agents for the post of

Tele Sales Representative (TSR). Representative’s primary responsibility will be to target customers and generating sales opportunities through cold calling.

 

  Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication, Conversational and comprehension skills including a clear, confident speaking voice
  • Excellent Listening and English Speaking skills
  • Flexible and creative in dealing with customers
  • Should have selling skills
  • Self-Motivated and willing to learn & grow
  • Call Center Experience and American accent is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact with prospects through high volume phone calls
  • Generate leads, set appointments.
  • Detail oriented with strong work ethic
  • Computer literate 
  • Highly organized
