  • You will be a key liaison between clients, business development and technology teams.

  • The work is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multi-task to deal smoothly with competing and conflicting levels of priority.


  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Mine the existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and document as SOW
  • Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Provide Weekly forecast accuracy on pipeline built for Quarterly Revenue targets
  • Build your own book of business by working on marketing leads and sourcing your own accounts by online means
  • This Role is open for Global markets, but priority is for North America and Europe Region first hence the work timings will be according to the US or Europe Working Hours
  • Reports to Overseas Co-founders directly on weekly basis


  • No Degree Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company
  • Ability to provide client service to a large number of client accounts with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
  • Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs and cross-functional project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
  • Consultative sales background or experience
  • Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
  • This Role can be Work from Home if Candidate outperform and require minimum management
