Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to provide information to callers.
Greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination.
Deal with queries from the public and customers.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.

Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Assistance provide to higher management regarding personal documentation, meetings etc.
Responsible for attendance record, leave management etc.
Visit Mall on daily basis to get information regarding brands sale, brands location and update customer queries as well.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
