Project Coordinator - IT

Project Coordinator will work closely with Principal IT Consultants to assist in documentation, creating milestones, project plan and execution strategies, proposals for the clients, presentations and products specifications.

Should be aware IT services lifecycle, project planning and management.
Ability to intercept client requirements and translate them into accurate solutions designing with the help of Principal IT Consultants.
Ability to produce reports proposals project status and milestones drafts for weekly progress meeting.
Should know basic principles of IT standards and processes.
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Execute the project according to the project plan
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
Can write process/ project documents for training/reporting of agents/senior management
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time.
Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
Superior Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skill
