Job Responsibilities

Serving as the first point of contact for end-user support with excellent customer service on computer systems/network on a routine basis
Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of operating systems, software, and other applicable devices
You must be able to prioritize remediation of issues in an environment with critical uptime requirements
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Interacting with Vendors for Hardware & Software Support
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions through Phone and email communication channels
Meet SLAs like response and resolution times of tickets

Required Job Skills, Qualification & Specifications

Windows Operating Systems
Networking protocols, and standards
Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Computer peripherals and devices
MS Office / Office 365
Basic understanding of security applications such as VPN and Firewalls
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in English
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Excellent time management
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Minimum 1 years of experience in IT
