Team Coordinator- IT

Team Coordinator -IT is expected to be a well-rounded individual with strong skills in both the relationship side of account management as well as the technical side. They will develop and strengthen the relationships held to create long partnerships through pro-active and personable interactions.

Being a great team player is essential in this position as building relationships with customers as well as other business functions is an essential to delivering the highest level of support.

Responsibilities include

Call Handling & Routing. Coordination with Field & Remote Engineers. Managing & Scheduling Filed Engineers. Client & Internal Resource Communications. Email and verbal Communications. Tickets Creation & escalation. Queue Management. Work Order Escalations.
