We are looking for an HR Admin to join our team.

You will be working with our offices in Karachi.

Most of your work will involve written and oral communication in English, word processing and typing, and will requires skills in IT as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Forming and maintaining employee record

• Updating databases internally, such leaves & Other Benefits.

• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries

• Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

• Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

• Present and attend meetings via Zoom video calls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (essential)

• Minimum two year of experience in HR role

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
