Job Responsibilities:

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control. Meeting planned sales goals.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. 

Promoting the organization and products. 

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product.

A live wire Achieve Sales – targets  Spend 80 – 90% time in field working

Checks & Controls for Routing – Coverage – Range Selling – Developing new Outlets while retaining existing clientele – Merchandising – Load out & Return – Stocks – Cash – Van Order booked – Sales kit bag Ensures Van leaves on time and Delivers the PROMISE Checks and signs Route Cards  

Work Independently Surprise visits Sell to Wholesales Undertake Surveys Create new outlets – Increase Depth and Width of Order  

Administrative Maintains company discipline Implements company policies e.g. HSE, Safe Driving, etc Reports on time Take care of company belongings Maintain confidentiality about the company’s classified information and procedures

Image Building Interact positively with profession, trade and other employees

Knowledge Acquire and update on a continuous basis; Market (Routes) Customers Products Competition Company policies   

  • Energetic and self-motivated person.
  • Should have a demonstrated track record of high achievement and performance.
  • Should be well versed in the various steps of the sales process.
  • The ideal candidate should be honest, ambitious and hardworking.
  • Willing to follow company policy and procedures.
  • Polite, courteous and have a friendly disposition with any and all types of customers.
  • Should have basic computer knowledge of at least Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lead a fast-paced and energetic team that includes salesmen, drivers, accountant, and warehouse in charge, and supervisor.
  • Should have demonstrably good relationship building skills.
  • Well versed with the local language and be aware of the area’s geography.
  • Should have relevant experience of managing distributor operations
  • Ability to plan and implement sound business growth initiatives.
  • Willing to spend at least 80% of the time in the market.
  • Excited to work in this position.
  • Ability to arrange and host small public gatherings and/or trade seminars/meetings.
  • Willing to travel frequently within area/territory/region.
