XUM Ventures, an emerging real estate company in Sialkot, is looking to hire a Customer Relation Officer for their office on DC Road, Sialkot
Ideal candidates are required but not limited to perform following duties:
1. Attending customer calls.
2. Calling back customers who contact for real estate project information
3. Briefing customers about ongoing projects
4. Following up with potential customers for site visits
5. Managing and updating the customer log sheet
6. Coordinating with sales team regarding follow up deadlines
7. Providing timely replies on Social Media accounts of the company
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Pleasant personality
- Good written/ communication skills
- Proficient in basic Office tools such as Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Social Media Platforms etc.
