The position is for a Business Development Manager who would be working in the Islamabad office of a Dubai based distribution start-up. The ideal candidate would be a female graduate from a top tier university, who has excellent communication skills and can travel around the city of Islamabad.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities
·         Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
·         Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
·         Planning and preparing presentations
·         Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
·         Overseeing the development of marketing literature
·         Writing reports
·         Providing management with feedback
·         Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Requirements
·         Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
·         Proven sales track record
·         Experience in customer support is a plus
·         Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
·         Proficiency in English
·         Market knowledge
·         Communication and negotiation skills
·         Ability to build a rapport
·         Time management and planning skills
·         BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Remuneration
·         PKR 30,000-35,000
·         Sales commissions
·         Profit sharing programs
·         Stock Options at completion of continues years with the organization
·         All other entitlements in accordance with the Labor Law of Pakistan.
