HR Operations : Monthly payroll execution that includes attendance verification, loans, overtime and other variable amounts. Labor hiring formalities, grievance handling, departmental labor related issues and manpower compliance.

Serve as a strategic advisor for the company.
Have solid knowledge of the country's Labor Laws and industry practices.
Experience in dealing with monthly reporting requirements of government bodies like EOBI/PESSI
