We are looking to hire a Customer Support Representative for evening shift.
- Candidate must have outstanding English Communication Skills.
It will be 8 hours office based job. Candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage incoming phone calls of the international customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; ensure to generate complaints to relevant department on timely manner
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Perform data analysis in MS Excel and relevant tools
- Handle multiple customer interaction platforms
