You will be responsible to assist the Head of Finance in day to day financial activities in addition to routine office Admin duties with highest level of financial accountability and responsibility. Proven experience of using Quickbooks as financial management software is a MUST. In addition, you will be responsible for administration assistance. The responsibilities are listed below:

Main Responsibilities of the Position:

· Experience as assistant finance manager having strong command on quick book financial accounting.

· Prepare vouchers and assign entries to proper accounts

. Will be responsible for recovery of payments from the distributors for the sold stock of company products.

· Manual and computerize reporting

· Ability to coordinate with diverse teams/cost centers, updated tax related knowledge.

· . The post is responsible for planning and leading various operational activities within and outside the office.

. Reduce administrative costs through efficient utilization of resources.

. Regularly present monthly administration expenses budget variance report to Head of Finance.

. Schedule activities for each reporting team member and maintain a strict follow up to ensure on time completion of scheduled tasks.

. Review daily route of office vehicles to ensure fuel efficiency and make changes if required.

. Bring utmost cost efficiency in vehicle repair and maintenance while ensuring vehicle in running condition.

. Maintain Safe and secure work environment by ensuring and monitoring all the security measures.

. Review and execute routine maintenance plan including electrical and others.

. Schedule housekeeping and cleanliness activities and monitor their implementation

. Any other task assign by management related to administration.

Skills Required:

· Expertise in Quickbooks.

· Well versed with financial accounting systems with proven track record.

· Expertise in MS Office.

· Ability to work under pressure and adjust to new working condition.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in report writing and documentation.

· Strong written and oral communication.

· Self-motivated with good organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Reliable, efficient and responsible.
