One of the renowned USA-based setups is looking for the services of an "Inside Sales Agent" based in Islamabad.The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working in the B-B capacity with USA Real Estate professionals, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
a. Sourcing new sales opportunities with the USA residents via text, emails, and if needed on calls.
b. Understanding customer needs and requirements.
c. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
d. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
e. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
f. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
g. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
h. Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:
a. At least 2 years of proven inside sales experience
b. Track record of over-achieving quota
c. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
d. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
e. Strong listening and presentation skills
f. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
g. Bachelor degree or equivalent
Selected candidates will be required to complete a two-week paid training period.
