Roles & Responsibilities
· Creating content, including text posts, videos,s and images for use on social media.
· Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing channels - Google+, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
· Increase customer acquisition (follower, engagement) through social channels (content production, PR, etc), build and maintain the brand image.
· Responsible for marketing analytics, market research, and analysis of the competition.
· Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
· Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
· Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
· Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
· Using analytical tools such as Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
· Run paid ads through Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other third-party platforms, optimizing paid campaigns for high performance and ROI improvement.
· Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
· Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
· Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
· Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Social Media Specialist Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
· 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
· Experience using various analytics software.
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok Instagram, and other social media best practices.
