This is an incredible place to be if you have a space staked out. We do. Illumeo is the leader in online learning for accounting and corporate finance professionals. We have thousands of subscribers and our corporate clients include Google, Oracle, Cisco, Intuit, Yelp, Carnival Cruises and many more. But we’re just getting started.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can bring improvement in 5 key areas; SEO, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, content development and lead generation. The optimal candidate will have marketed products or services to corporate Human Resources (HR), corporate finance, and/or accounting. Critical here is a clear strategy formulation for Illumeo to reach these professionals and also help corporate professionals and organizations reach us.

Desirable candidate would have a successful track record of architecting and executing a strategy to accelerate the company's growth. We are looking for someone who has the ability to make observations and set targets at macro level and devise marketing strategies while simultaneously working with team at the more tactical level.

Responsibilities:

Define the customer acquisition strategy for SEO, affiliate, PPC, social, and display to maximize subscriber growth, ROI, and Customer Lifetime Value.

Conceptualize, plan, implement and analyze campaigns across social media and email marketing.

Increase organic traffic through SEO efforts.

Own the acquisition strategy, planning, messaging, creative, execution, and optimization for all search, mobile, paid social and display campaigns

Generate sales leads and work in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership to ensure generated leads quality improves.

Define budget allocation and optimization across all acquisition channels

Monitor, test, and improve performance across all acquisition channels, providing actionable recommendations to maximize KPIs

Achieve acquisition forecast on a monthly basis

Requirements

Proven SEO, content development and social media marketing skills.

Experience marketing to Human Resources (HR), corporate finance, and/or accounting

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Creative and resourceful in approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with contacts and prospects

Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems, tools

Great individual with strong team-building experience

Interest in technology and is persistent to learn products and solutions

Already built lead gen at other companies and have a playbook of how to apply here.

Passion for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts

Data-driven, numbers fanatic. Eat, sleep and breathe numbers

Working Hours

07:00 PM – 03:00 AM, 5 days a week.

Location: Rawalpindi
