Job DescriptionZ-Tech, a tech startup thats working in conjunction with an established National US company is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to manage a large instance of Salesforce.com. You`ll need to work closely with Z-Tech`s team of developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to build out external apps and processes.

Responsibilities:

Seek out and identify need system changes.
Gather feedback and troubleshoot problems from users.
Create custom objects, permissions, roles and user accounts as needed.Handle system onboarding and off boarding.
Handle user licenses for both SFDC and connected applications.Aid in Development QA process.
Build Flows, Workflows and Process Builds as needed.Monitor System Data Storage and API usage.
Be the support go to person.Take the lead in creating and updating robust onboarding documentation.
Stay on top of latest Salesforce.com changes.
Proactively research new solutions and be open to offering suggestions for improvement.
Ensure data integrity within the system.
Work closely with Developers for system optimization.
Qualifications:2+ years of Salesforce Administration
Experience.In-depth knowledge of SFDC capabilities.
