Zaass Consulting is seeking energetic individuals in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad Area to fill positions in the Recruitment Department.

Zaass Consulting is a Pakistan Based Consulting firm that provides services to Clients based in the United States. Our Company provides support in selecting right candidates/specialists for our client’s business-including contract placement, direct sourcing and contract-to-hire. We provide our clients with experienced talent that meets their specific requirements. We do more than just review resume qualifications. We will work with individuals to understand their skills, abilities and professional goals and will match them to opportunities that will benefit candidates and our clients

Job Position: IT Recruiter (training will be provided)

Job Duties:

Finding appropriate candidates in USA in different areas of IT industry on linkedin.com, dice.com and misc. Professional networking websites
Job descriptions will be provided to candidates on a daily basis
IT Recruiter must be able to call selected candidates for initial screening.
Assist with searching jobs for our candidates by submitting their resumes to different open jobs in different job search engines like monster.com, dice.com etc.
Any other IT related job duties as directed

Job Requirements:

Education: Completed Bachelors or Masters in Information Technology (IT) from a Pakistani or Foreign University

Experience: Preferred but not required

Computer and other Skills:

· Microsoft Word, Web Browsing,

· Strong knowledge of Information technology terminology And IT/Software related job functions.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this job.

Timings: 08:00 PM to 04:00 AM (Full Time Position)

Language: Excellent Spoken/Written English Proficiency Required

References: A character reference is required by a professional that the applicant has either worked for, worked with or studied/trained under.
