Responsibilities:

Communication with clients on phone, emails and social media.
Providing help, information, and guidance to customers.
Following up customer inquiries.
Build rapport with clients.
Act as a go-between for ZSL employees and clients
Work closely with the ZSL staff which is dealing directly with clients, to explain clients’ needs
Online video interaction with customers on Facebook, YouTube, and other Social Media
In case of corporate clients, build relationships with different members of the client team who make or influence decisions

In 2003, ZSL was the first brokerage house in Punjab to start on-line trading which gave its clients the opportunity to trade on-line and make their own decisions without any dependence on brokerage houses or traders.
