Order Taking through WhatsApp + Facebook Chat:

Chat on Facebook and WhatsApp with customers to give them complete product information
Share different product pictures with the customer as per their demand
Note down itemised customer orders
Forward customer orders to the dispatch team
Prompt handling of all customer queries
Be courteous and detail oriented in giving all product options to customers

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication
Strong in using mobile phone and desktop computer
Good typing speed on mobile phone and computer
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
