Office Assistant

We are looking for a mature, hardworking and self-motivated individual who has excellent written English skill and can work well under pressure and should be able to efficiently perform following tasks;

Do the secretarial tasks like filing, scheduling, etc.
Actively perform online search and development tasks.
Coordinate with different departments.
Handle all the incoming and outgoing emails and correspondences.
Efficiently perform assigned tasks and prepare reports.
Assist in arranging meetings and schedules.
Perform any other assigned duties.

Zaitoon Pakistan is the exclusive importer/sole distributor of Borges products for Pakistan & Afghanistan. Zaitoon Pakistan has targeted three main objectives. Firstly, to make aware the people of Pakistan about the use & benefits of olive oil. Secondly, to ensure availability of Borges range of products all over the country and lastly to work for the development and growth of olive trees in olive friendly areas of Pakistan.
