We are looking for Full time and Part time Customer Service Executive to become part of a busy and growing team. The successful applicant will help to manage the day to day customer service enquiries generated from our website and online marketplace platforms. You will be answering daily communications (emails and phone) regarding technical and non-technical questions about the products.

  • Create or edit items detail and email messaging with persuasive content.
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  • Manage day to day Store operations. (Adding new products listing, updating existing one)
  • Web savvy individual with in-depth knowledge of the Internet, search engines, and e-commerce site functionality.
  • Responsible for managing firms key online accounts.
  • Comfortable with detailed oriented research of product description and price analysis.
  • Knowledge of online sales and prior experience in IT will be preferred.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize work according to tight deadlines.
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication with customers regarding their purchases in English.
  • Candidate must have excellent computer skills, English is mandatory.
