We are looking for a Product Manager (with minimum 5+ years of experience) responsible for the developing products, conducting market research, generating or collecting product requirements, determining specifications, driving initiatives, and delivering results. The successful candidate will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure, along with the project manager and product owner to facilitate the development and delivery of products.

We are seeking a person that thrives at working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and possesses excellent communication skills. Qualified candidates will be results-oriented, self-driven, and possess the ability to successfully prioritize and execute several tasks at any given time.

This role includes leading cross-functional teams within the organization, along with the responsibility of developing and executing marketing strategies, product launch plans, and programs.

Responsibilities

Act as a product champion within the company
Managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Recommend changes to current product development procedures based on market research and new trend
Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases
Become subject matter experts in product’s markets and provide vision and leadership to technology R&D efforts
Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform the company of their potential applications to our business
Consult with Client Services team to ensure appropriate service levels for the product line
Facilitate conference calls with global teams at various hours of the mornings and evenings

Skills

5+ years of industry experience, and at least 2+ years of product development experience in a supervisory capacity
Proven success in managing and launching products
Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track product releases from beginning to end
Strong knowledge of web or mobile development platforms, databases and infrastructure
Strong knowledge of project management tools, including source code management tools

Skills

5+ years of industry experience, and at-least 2+ years of product development experience in a supervisory capacity
Proven success in managing and launching products
Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
Strong knowledge of web or mobile development platforms, databases and infrastructure
Strong knowledge of project management tools, including source code management tools
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Strong motivational skills, especially when it comes to leading a team
Superior organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities
Ability to multi-task, work independently as well as part of a team, and demonstrate keen attention to details
Great english business conversational skills in dealing with team mates and clients directly
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience working directly with US based teams and clients is a plus
Project Management or Product Management certification is a plus
Scrum or Agile certification is a plus
