Business Development Executive

The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to prospect for new clients by networking, advertising, social networking or other means of generating interest from potential clients.They must then plan persuasive approaches, writings and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.They must develop a rapport with new clients, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.Business Development Executives work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills.
A willingness to listen
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, web development etc.
Experience of working with Upwork (oDesk, Elance), Freelancer, or any other Freelancing platform is preferred but not required.
Penchant for writing and comfort in using social networking platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc will stick you out from other candidates.
