Codeigniter / Laravel Developer - PHP

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3 to 5 years of proven software development experience in PHP using Codeigniter MVC framework.
Excellent knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook etc)
Experience with integrating payment gateways.
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
Should be passionate about software and code quality and be aware of automated testing practices and methods
Be highly proficient with RESTful APIs and JSON
Knows the value of writing clean, elegant and well documented code
Be up to speed with tools such as Git, Invision
Be up to speed with Bash and knows their way around a linux server via the terminal and knows the basics of a LAMP or Nginx stack.
Fast learner of new and emerging technologies and workflows
Proficient command over (PHP, Codeigniter, mySQL, HTML, jQuery, AJAX, AngularJS, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Stripe, PayPal)
Proficient in Data Base Management Tools (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
Soft skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Quality oriented, gives special attention to the finer details of the requirements and solutions.
Attitude of meeting deadlines and targets

QUALIFICATIONS

3 to 5 years of software development experience in PHP Frameworks (CodeIgniter)

NICE TO HAVES

Knowledge of google location API's or Geo Location
Software development experience with highly trafficked web properties
Portfolio, GitHub (or other open-source account), list of published works
Stack Overflow contributions
