- Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct,cost effective and timmely manner in allignment with specification and quality environment.
- Planning and controlling change.
- Improving operational management system,processess and best practices that guarantee organizational well being.
- Contribute toward the acheivement of company strategic and operational objectives.
- Perform quality control and monitor KPIs.
- Responsible for the development and implemention of new process & Proceed of effective teamoperation
- Build coordinator between sales team and other internal department.
- closely executive director & NSM and prepare daily sales related reports
