Zameen Media (Pvt) Limited is looking to recruit a skilled professional for it's Admin Officer post.
- The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations, and/or special events; coordinate building and equipment maintenance requests; and maintain keys and key logs for routine departmental functioning.
- Further, he/she will be tasked with organizing the day-to-day operations of the company’s administrative services and raising purchase requests of required items at office, coordinating with the building management for smooth operations processing, taking care of office-space planning, maintenance and renovations, carrying out inspection at various facilities, supervising the administrative support staff, and dividing worker responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
- To be considered for this position, the candidate must come with demonstrable experience in fleet management, overseeing travelling arrangements, and coordinating with telecom company representative for employee sim-issuance pursuits.
Education: Bachelors – preferably in Business Administration
Experience: 1-3 years of field experience
