Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Ensure smooth function of computers, laptop, printers, CCTV, Biometric machines and other IT related equipment.
• Communicate with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace the parts if required
• Providing IT help desk support to all staff.
• Knowledge/practical experience of VMware, BNT , pfsense, CISCO switches, Vlans
• Set up new users' accounts/profiles and deal with password issues
• Coordinate with vendors and ISP to timely resolve the issues
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with users.
• Maintain necessary IT related files and records.
• Visit and support sub-offices as per requirement.
