Internship Leading to Permanent Job

Develop and support new and current partnership engagements including identifying and building relationships with prospective collaborative partners on bids
Working closely with marketing & communications colleagues to develop familiarity.
Work flexibly across the Marketing and Programme teams, and projects where required
Retain all existing clients and identify/deliver growth opportunities nationally.
Lead the client satisfaction and renewal process through effective client reporting and communication
Develop the CareFlight Strategy for Partnerships that will drive new business, identify and project manage key contract renewals.
Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement
Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

Time: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Internship Duration: 6-8 WEEKs
