We are looking for an energetic Facebook media buyer who loves to see extremely high ROAS and understands the entire funnel process.
We work with primarily service-based businesses such as pest control but every now and again we will pick up E-commerce clients, coaches, and clients who need brand-building campaigns.
You will be working with a team of marketers who will assist you in creating winning campaigns. You'll work alongside graphic designers, copywriters, and a host of developers who can build custom-built projects/pages or stunning Wordpress sites.
The perfect candidate for this role will have a strong portfolio of winning campaigns and a thorough understanding of what made a campaign successful and why others flopped.
This role is very autonomous and that also means that strong time management skills are required.
Additionally, the new hire for this role will be trained on Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads but it is not required to have any experience with those two platforms.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Platform & Facebook Business Platform
- Strong English comprehension skills
- Strong English Speaking & Writing skills (Grammarly will be provided but let's not rely too much on it.)
- Strong understanding of a buyer's journey and what can be done to influence it.
- Deep analytic skills to understand trends and data reporting.
Avg Workday
You'll be working 100% remotely and the first member of our in-house media buyer team. You'll be working alongside our CEO who is currently in charge of all media buying activities. You'll also be strategizing with our SEO team to create a better ROAS for traffic that was acquired organically but did not convert. The workday is 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch.
You can work any time frame you want as long as there is a 4-hour overlap with Mountain Standard Time from 8 am - 12 pm. This is the time frame that all team members are required to be available so that there is a solid and healthy collaboration between different team members.
