We urgently require ‘Admin/Finance officer’ to handle all accounts related matters of our business.

Duties of Admin / Accounts Officer:

Provide accounting and admin support

Must be able to record financial transactions using single entry data system

Must be expert in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Responsible for entering and maintaining data in Excel

Preparing monthly salaries and collection list in Excel

Preparing and submitting monthly financial reports

Prepare and track inventory in Excel

Perform all tasks associated with office Administration: filing, petty cash handling and reconciliation, and other necessary office functions for smooth operations.

Prepare bank deposits. General ledger postings & statements

Daily data entry of financial and admin transactions
